Program Overview
Healing in Your Hands is a self-empowerment journey guided by our NeuroTriad Model principles. You’ll discover how to become an active partner with your brain in your healing process. The program includes a blend of educational lessons, guided exercises, and supportive resources, all accessible through online modules and live virtual workshops. Key components of the program include:

  • Mindful Touch Techniques: Learn gentle, soothing touch exercises (inspired by psychosensory methods) that signal safety to your brain and calm your nervous system. These techniques, often called self-havening or amygdala soothing, can quickly reduce feelings of anxiety and overwhelm by leveraging the brain’s touch-responsive networks.

  • Breathing and Grounding Exercises: Practice simple breathing patterns and grounding strategies that help regulate your autonomic nervous system. By managing your body’s stress responses, you can shift from “fight-or-flight” into a state of calm awareness.

  • The iCASE Framework for Self-Healing: We teach you a simplified version of our iCASE construct (Interoception, Cognition, Affect, Somatic, Emotion) to help you understand your own experiences. You’ll learn to notice what your body is feeling (interoceptive signals), observe your thoughts, and identify emotions – a powerful mindfulness approach that breaks the cycle of automatic reactions.

  • Neuroplasticity in Action: Through guided visualizations and positive mental exercises, you’ll practice “rewiring” your brain toward resilience. This might include recalling empowering memories or imagining successful future scenarios while in a relaxed state, which helps reinforce new, healthy neural pathways.

How It Works
Healing in Your Hands is delivered through a combination of self-paced online lessons and live support:

  • You will get access to an interactive online course platform with video lessons, downloadable worksheets, and audio-guided exercises. The content is broken into short, engaging modules you can do at your own pace.

  • We host weekly live Q&A webinars and practice sessions (via Zoom) where you can join our trainers to review techniques, ask questions, and share progress. These sessions build community and provide accountability to keep you on track.

  • You’ll also be invited to a private online community group for program participants. Here you can connect with others on the journey, celebrate successes, and encourage each other. Our coaches moderate the group to answer questions and ensure it’s a safe, positive space.

  • The program is typically structured over 6 weeks, but you have lifetime access to the materials. Many participants revisit their favorite modules whenever they need a refresher or a boost.
