Mindful Touch Techniques: Learn gentle, soothing touch exercises (inspired by psychosensory methods) that signal safety to your brain and calm your nervous system. These techniques, often called self-havening or amygdala soothing, can quickly reduce feelings of anxiety and overwhelm by leveraging the brain’s touch-responsive networks.
